Back to school time is finally here after a very strange spring and summer. To celebrate that Teachers Pay Teachers is having a one day sale on Tuesday, August 18th and I am having a Back to School Giveaway of a $10 TPT gift card. In preparation for the sale and giveaway I will share with you some of the items I have been prepping for my new school year.
Classroom Decor Items
My theme this year is Rainforest, so I have been printing lots of labels from my Rainforest Bundle.
I printed one set of these regular size and another set half size so I could have students match their names to put things away correctly. The labels with the scissors and crayons have just been added to this bundle. I will add similar labels to the rest of my decor bundles that have labels now that I have permission from the clip artist.
If you like whales, I just added a Whale Decor Bundle in addition to other options in my shop.
Alphabet Activities
To make my year easier I plan a letter focus of the week, with a review week about every five weeks. We do lots of activities that include many letters of the alphabet throughout the year as well. I will be using many items from my Alphabet Bundle to prep for the first month of school, including letter books.
Question of the Day
I am also sorting through my Question of the Day to organize them for the year. I have printed the newly added file that has all the letters of the alphabet questions to use those this year as well.
Calendar Cards
My calendar is already set up and ready for the first day of school. I have most of the calendar sets I need already printed and laminated from the Calendar Bundle set below.
PreK Theme Labels
Before I really got ready for Back to School I made a set of theme labels for all of my drawers that hold my PreK supplies for each theme. You can download these free at my shop when you go make your wish list for the upcoming Back to School Giveaway and sale.
Lesson Plan Form
I cannot get organized for back to school without my planning form. This is also free in my shop.
